A new online confidence survey has revealed that consumer confidence is falling on the high street but retailers online are feeling great and have an optimistic outlook for the coming year.
Study findings published by Interactive Media in Retail Group (IMRG) show that more than two thirds of online retailers think they will see good performances continue through 2011.
Dubbed the “Online Confidence Survey”, the results show a positive outlook for the market, with 71% of those surveyed saying they’re confident that the success so far will carry on and even possibly get better.
